T3PA Pedals Won't Work

I have a Thrustmaster T150 with T3PA pedals. The issue I have is the accelerator and brake are assigned to the same axis, resulting in my brake pedal just acting like a second gas pedal. I have tried re-configuring but it won't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated
