Tweakers 1991 MOD - Need help (no replies)

I want to play the 1991 MOD in a triple screen monitor and that's why I have to change some specific tweaker configuration ( mainly the onboard.ini and viewangle.ini ) .There is no gp4tweak_data folder like in other MODs . Where are located the gp4tweak_data in the 1991 MOD and what should I do to make the U,J,I,M,H,K keys work well ( keybind.ini )? Sorry if it was already discussed , tried to find elsewhere but was not sucessful .
