Hi all,
Recently I’ve been looking into the desc46 value in magic data files. I use power and grip within GPxpatch and I’m looking for a way to control the player speed without affecting the ai.
I think this value is the key because I have read that it affects both player and ai top speed and acceleration BUT player downforce ONLY. This means grip and power setting can be used in GPxPatch but with the player speed adjusted to fit ability.
Can anyone tell me anything more about the value? What increasing or decreasing does to downforce, acceleration and top speed for example. Even what the high and low values might be or how much you need to change to see a change in lap time
Any help appreciated
Richard
