By analyzing the dimensions of the car in question you can see what does not work. The length is too huge, the height could be improved, and the width does not convince me.
Now I have corrected the various dimensions of the car, but let's see in detail.
I created a colored object in red that checks the correct measurements, a bit like the people in the '80s F1, to check that the cars had the correct measurements.

With these last two images we see the improvement of the car, resizing the measures and placing the rider's head in the correct position is only the first step but that I think it is a good advice.
